One Platform from Receival to Finished Product
Manage material receival, processing batches, automated monitoring, workforce activity and compliance evidence in one traceable system.
Audit-ready evidence
Dockets, photos, readings and corrections are kept with who, when and why.
One record, weighbridge to dispatch
Every tonne traces back to the loads it came from, with no spreadsheets to reconcile.
Manual and IoT readings together
Connected probes and hand readings land on the same batch chart.

- Food organics recovery
From the first load to the last docket
Every step leaves a permanent record. Tasks, digital forms, permissions and audit history run alongside the chain.

Know what arrived, where it is and where it came from
Capture every incoming load as a consistent digital record from the moment it reaches the weighbridge.
Operators record feedstock, source, received time, quantity, destination area, docket or vehicle reference, contamination and inorganic material removed. Dockets and photographs are attached privately, and each load receives a stable reference that starts its complete material history.
Feedstock configuration
A structured catalogue of every feedstock the facility accepts, with category, preferred unit, t/m³ factor, default source and preferred storage area. Retire a feedstock without erasing its history.
Area and stockpile management
Holdings are calculated from retained movement history, not a manually maintained balance. See each area in tonnes and cubic metres, by feedstock, traced to the loads it came from.
Traceable material allocation
Auxo recommends the oldest qualifying stock first, or records a justified manual selection.
Every batch carries its own history
Manage each batch from creation through active processing, curing, completion and archival.
Configure your own stages over a stable lifecycle. Turning, aeration, watering, screening, maintenance and inorganic removal are recorded without silently changing inventory, and merged batches keep every contributor's quantities and lineage.
Every reading, in context
Connected IoT probes stream temperature, moisture and oxygen automatically, and manual readings at named probe locations sit on the same chart, so every batch has a complete record.

Trace any dispatch back to its source loads
Completed batches become finished-product holdings with composition and lineage intact. Dispatches can be partial or full, record the buyer, destination and docket with private evidence, and can never overdraw stock.
Reports also cover the inorganic-waste register and a human-readable audit history, all exportable to CSV.
Accountable work and controlled access
Operational task management
Plan, assign and track the work that keeps the facility running. Assign to a person, team or role, link tasks to a load, batch or finished product, and see open, overdue and due-soon work on the dashboard.
Recurring work runs daily, on chosen weekdays, fortnightly, monthly or at a custom interval in site time.
Custom digital form builder
Inspection, operational and compliance forms built around your own procedures: 14 field types, multiple pages, conditional questions and validation as answers are entered.
Published versions are locked. Corrections add a revision with the reason, who made it and when.
Granular permissions
Give each person access to what their role requires, and nothing more. Organisation roles combine with module permissions: view and edit, assign for tasks, complete for forms and export for reports.
Enforced on the server and in the database, not just hidden in the menu. Revoked access applies on the next request.

Common questions
Where is Auxo's data hosted?
Auxo runs on Australian-hosted infrastructure, and your facility's records stay in Australia.
Does it work on a phone out on the pad?
Yes. Auxo is built to work in the browser on phones and tablets, so operators can record loads, activities and readings where the work happens.
Can we bring across our existing records?
Yes. We can help import feedstocks, areas, sources and opening holdings so you start with accurate balances.
How does onboarding work?
We set up your feedstocks, areas, stages and forms with you, train your team, and stay on hand while you run your first batches.
Do we need IoT probes to use Auxo?
No. Manual readings work on their own, and connected IoT probes can be added at any time.
